Movie that has been the reason for me to addict towards cartoon again!

My imagination is completely beyond the maturity right now...Just to imagine how a book contains of my incredible story just could come alive in a single movie. It's super awesome, to be honest.

"The Book of Life" is a movie which focusing on the life of the people in the Mexican city called San Angel, whereby there's a life of three best friend, Manolo (Diego Luna), Maria (ZoëSaldana) and Joaquin (Channing Tatum). The three of them have getting to know each other since their childhood, and although their lives have taken different paths -- Maria was sent to Europe, Joaquin joined the military, and Manolo studied to become a bullfighter -- one thing remains the same: Manolo and Joaquin both want to marry Maria. Little does the trio know that battling husband-and-wife deities have made a high-stakes wager on the love triangle's outcome. And there's also the part whereby Manolo has to "die" for some sort of moment before he was returned back to become human because of the curse made by the villain character.

The Sanchez family :)

Manolo and Maria. Aww...so sweet!

After watching Frozen, I thought I never going to fall in love with any cartoon movie anymore. But this one...I just...I just cannot resist it. The story telling is just on the right spot, and trust me again this time, you'll never get bored but  more to feel impress with the flow of the story.

What makes this story is so incredibly awesome is that mainly we can see the theme of the movie, which purposely talking about the beauty of Mexico state, whereby the shape of the state is actually resemble the image of a big huge mustache! So cool right?

And also, the character...Oh my...It's so cool to see how the wood-type cartoon characters could came alive it this movie. Sorry? Oh...I mean if you see clearly the texture of the character's physical, you'll know that they has been made by wood. Yes, wood! Cool right? Since it's a story that has been told by the museum lady which used the sculpture of the characters made by wood to attract the little visitors of the museum to imagine the story with more passion and interest. Regarding the songs for every scene...ah-ha, it's just on point! Right now even I don't listen to it, the songs always come though my mind whenever I talk about this  movie.

Who is this gorgeous woman?
You have to watch this movie if you want to know ;)
Cartoon is not the genre that I would be recommended to myself to watch it at cinema. It's for myself, not you guys. Since for my own view, it's just a waste to spend a ticket, with a set of popcorn and soft drink just to watch a cartoon movie. But this movie has changed everything. Even though, to be honest I don't watch it at the cinema, and just through the tv at my house, but this movie has completely change my view on cartoon. This genre is actually provided more variety of entertainment compared to the human-life-and-breathing type of movies. This is because the cartoon movie makers can blow our mind with the fresh and new ideas also the characters can be variety in terms of color and sizes. Hello, it's just a cartoon. So it doesn't matter what kind of feature they wanted to portray as long as it can give a good influence to the young generation, especially the kids.

It's great to see how my little brother being raised with the colorful experience provided by my parents and me. We always want him to pursue all the dreams that he being dreaming for by helping and motivates him as much as we can. He's a great little person, to be truth. I always pray that his life could be so so happy as the character of  Manolo in "The Book of Life"

P/S : Do you know that every year, the Mexican people do celebrate the "Day of the Death"?
